Let’s talk.

Reach out for a 15-minute phone consultation to see if we could be a good fit by letting me know the story of what brings you to therapy, answer any questions you may have, and talk about what it looks like to get started with therapy. I look forward to talking to you and learning more about you. I generally prefer email and do not answer phone calls on the first attempt as I often get spam calls or immediately unavailable. My policy is to attempt to respond to a phone call or email within 24 hours. The webform will send an email to the same email listed.

Please know that anything you say during our phone calls or anything you leave on the voicemail will be kept confidential. There are limitations to that confidentiality if I learn about both ideation and a plan to harm yourself or others, or if I learn about abuse of a vulnerable population. If you have an emergency, please call the police at 911, the suicide and crisis line at 988, or mobile crisis at 615-726-0125.
